The Company (Flamingo Florists) may revise and change these terms at any time and you should check these terms each time you enter the website as they are binding on you.

By accessing any part of our website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, if you do not then you must leave our website immediately.

The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently the website (or any part there of) with or without notice and shall not be liable to anybody for any alteration, modification or withdrawal of the website. All photographs on our website have been created in our shop by qualified members of our team. Please use these photographs as a guidline only as colours and flowers may differ.

All products on this site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice should the need arise.

We will guarantee same day delivery if your order is placed before 12 Midday. After 12 Midday all orders will be delivered the next working day unless a specific delivery date or same day delivery service is required. Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life unless otherwise stated. Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.

Funeral Tributes require 48 hours notice to guarantee a delivery time, please include the time of the funeral, delivery address and the name of the deceased with your order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access. You must be 18 years old and warrent that the personal information that you provide when you place an order is accurate and complete. You will notify the Company of any changes to your personal information.

You will not copy or download any of our images, text, graphics, photographs, video or any sound material. The website, its visual layout and design, appearance, images, text, photographs, video and any sound material are the exclusive property of the Company. Our Opening Hours Are:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am - 4.00pm

WE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 4.00PM XMAS EVE UNTIL TUESDAY 5TH JANUARY 2010. NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN DURING THIS PERIOD.
